WhiteMounts

January 2025. Southern Alps. Far from graphic austerity, this series is an ode to collective energy. For a weekend, the Rollei 35 captured the carelessness of an escape with friends. The technical choice is crucial here: Portra 400 film. Usually praised for its skin tone rendering, here it is diverted to sublimate the winter texture. It turns snow into icing sugar, softens sky blues and wraps landscapes in subtle warmth. "White Mounts" is the mountain experienced not as a challenge, but as a playground.
